Suspension of Membership and Expulsion

  1. Membership of an ordinary member shall be suspended on the recommendation of the organization of the area in which he became a member.
  2. The power to suspend shall vest in the district level organization.
  3. A show cause notice shall be to the concerned member.
  4. The concerned member shall be given a chance of personal explanation before the District President.
  5. In the case of his explanation is found to be unsatisfactory, he shall be suspended, and his case recommended to the Central Office for expulsion from the Party.
  6. The power to expel shall vest in the majority vote of the General Council.
  7. Only central organization shall be competent to suspend and expel the district office bearers.
